TOMI International Co Ltd opening in Brisbane

Business & Skilled Migration Queensland Australia (BSMQ) attended the grand opening of TOMI International’s first Australian office in Brisbane in May 2017. The Chairman of TOMI International, Mr Fusheng Li, was successfully nominated by Business and Skilled Migration Queensland for a Significant Investor Visa.

Manager of BSMQ, Greg McKean, was invited to speak and emphasised the value of Mr Li’s business experience to Queensland’s healthcare sector.

Mr Li recently received his visa grant and has shown his commitment to Queensland with additional investment into establishing a private hospital with Majella Group by providing medical equipment and facilities. The total investment for this project will be around A$450 million. The Brisbane office will also act as a Sales and Procurement centre and currently employs 12 local staff.

The TOMI Group’s focus in Australia will be on innovative medical technologies, partnering with FujiFilm. Mr Li has strong connections with Japan, living there for 20 years. TOMI Group was established in 2006 and has a number of offices in China.
