    Overview

    Ohlone College is one of 115 community colleges in the State of California. More than 350 international students from over 40 different countries are presently studying at Ohlone College.

    Located on a 534-acre hillside site above the northern reaches of Silicon Valley and the southern border of San Francisco Bay, Ohlone’s main campus is in the vicinity of food and retail services, residential areas, and public transportation. With 300 acres reserved for open space, the campus offers a safe and beautiful learning environment.

    Most Ohlone College international students pursue a 2-year Associate’s Degree or Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT). After completing the transfer requirements or earning a 2-year degree, students can transfer to a 4-year university to complete the final 2 years of a Bachelor’s degree.

    Ohlone College is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

      • The Office of Student Life provides co-curricular experiences for Ohlone College Students. It also gives students opportunities to meet new people, gain leadership skills and have fun. The Office of Student Life serves as the hub for all student hosted events and activities.

     

    • The Ohlone College Foundation awards many scholarships to help students. Scholarships are available to incoming high-school seniors, continuing Ohlone College students, and students transferring from Ohlone College to a 4-year institution.
