New Skilled Regional Visa Subclass 491 and 494 have finally arrived.

1. 491 visa, sponsored by state or territory; OR family settled in designated regional areas

2. 494 replaces the original RSMS 187, however it now requires skill assessment and plus minimum 3 years work experience.
